The purpose of the Assembler (In Training) position is to build, configure, assemble and/or package electrical, sprinkler, or irrigation component parts into subassemblies and finished products for irrigation systems.
An Assembler “In Training” is a new or existing employee who has not been fully trained or demonstrated proficiency in specific skill areas and/or on specific machinery. These are employees who are placed in on the job training roles and who will remain as Assemblers in Training until predetermined proficiencies are achieved within the Assembly department.
