Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible in assisting the project manager on developing structural drawings and calculations for various projects. This will include using AutoCAD to draft new designs while also updating current designs. During the design process, coordinating between disciplines will also be required to ensure that submittal documents meet all necessary design criteria.
Responsibilities:
· Produce drawings for various structural designs
· Develop calculations for structural materials (Including wood, steel, concrete, CMU)
· Ensure our designs cover the project scope
· Ensure that all design projects are completed on time
Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering (with structural emphasis) or Structural Engineering
· 0-4 years of experience
· AutoCAD proficiency
· FE Certification or PE License
· Strong organizational and communication skills
