Structural Building Components is a fast-growing shell contracting company looking to fill an Administrative Assistant position to work in our office in Ft. Myers. We are willing to hire entry level and train for this position. Our company provides labor and material to construct the slab, block, beam, and roof of homes for our clients. As an Administrative Assistant some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Recording new starts as we receive them from clients.
• Going on the builder's websites to retrieve plans and options to package and provide to our field team.
• Monitoring and updating completed tasks in Supply Pro as well as Builder Trend, and communicating with the field team on progress and upcoming starts..

We are a highly organized fast -paced company in this growing market looking for an individual that is dependable, willing to learn, and looking to advance their knowledge in construction. Experience working in a Microsoft platform, Google Drive, Builder Trend and construction processes are a plus but not necessary. Requirements:

• High school degree/GED required.
• Works well as a Team or individually.
• Willingness and drive to learn.
• Solid work ethic.
• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, skills.
• Experience in Outlook, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, Google Drive, preferred but not mandatory.

Salary based on experience.
