GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Under direction of the Senior Field Operations Engineer Technician, the Field Operations Engineering Technician is responsible for the preparation of both installation and or rehabilitation project procedures, shop details, and advanced bills. This position may, at the Senior Field Operations Engineer Technician’s direction, be required to aid in the coordination of work performed, perform estimates, and assist in scheduling work within the Field Operations Department. The Field Operations Engineering Technician must become proficient in reading and interpreting contract plans and various owner specifications.
