Responsible for shaping and advancing initiatives in support of the College’s values, goals, and priorities with emphasis on promoting retention and degree attainment.
Examples of Work Performed- Work collaboratively with the campus community to create an environment that supports a safe and welcoming teaching and learning environment which provides opportunities for meaningful access and engagement for all students.
- Serve as a mentor and support system for students from underrepresented communities and perspectives.
- Develop and manage agreements and pathway programs with stakeholders (including but not limited to Little Priest Tribal College, Nebraska Indian Community College).
- Advise student groups associated with underrepresented communities.
- Perform all duties associated with the NCAA Athletic Diversity and Inclusion Designee. Designee will be the point person for all diversity and inclusion-related information between conference offices, campuses, and the NCAA.
- Manage the international programs office by supporting students, engaging the community, and developing and managing agreements.
- Convene and support the President’s Advisory Council.
- Manage the unit’s budget.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience leading and managing programs promoting student engagement and meaningful access and opportunities to all students.
Preferred Qualifications- 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong programming experience.

Salary InformationCompetitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Attractive and comprehensive fringe benefit package. Annual salary range is $63,000-$78,000.
