ABOUT THE POSITION:
This position is a part-time or full time position with flexible hours. The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic, energetic and engaging, have some prior healthcare experience (not required), and would enjoy working with people. The Assistant will assist the Director with scheduled group activities including preparation, set-up, clean up and facilitating individual events. Other responsibilities include: assisting with developing and implementing recreational programs, providing hands-on involvement with the residents during scheduled times, as well as supporting the Activities Director in exploring opportunities for resident socialization and engagement.
