About the Position
The K-12 Student Learning Director position provides leadership, direction, and follow-through in the planning of K-12 programs to improve student learning. Supervises a variety of instructional and professional learning programs including the Highly Capable Program and the Beginning Educators Support Team. This is an interim position for the 2022-23 school year ONLY.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in educational leadership in curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
- Significant experience working successfully with culturally and linguistically diverse students and their families, or otherwise have demonstrated the ability to strengthen engagement and communication with a diverse population.
- Minimum of five years of increasingly responsible experience in curriculum and instruction, school leadership, professional development, and/or program management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual/multilingual preferred.
- Building-level adminstrative experience.
Salary: 2022-23 Manager Salary Schedule: Level IV - Program Director $173,886 to $177,434 depending on education
