First Community Credit Union is currently seeking a Director of Operations - Commercial Lending for our corporate office located in Northwest Houston. The Director is responsible for overseeing the operational duties within FCCU's Commercial Lending team. They manage, mentor, and train the administrative staff to support the member business-lending program. The Director is responsible for the oversight of portfolio management, processing, underwriting, and compliance monitoring in accordance with First Community’s policies and procedures. The qualified individual will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field or equivalent work experience of five to eight years in Commercial Lending. Commercial portfolio management, underwriting and management experience preferred.
