The Director is responsible for overseeing the operational duties within FCCU's Commercial Lending team. They manage, mentor, and train the administrative staff to support the member business-lending program. The Director is responsible for the oversight of portfolio management, processing, underwriting, and compliance monitoring in accordance with First Community’s policies and procedures. The qualified individual will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field or equivalent work experience of five to eight years in Commercial Lending. Commercial portfolio management, underwriting and management experience preferred.
