    Job Title: Strategic Account Director, Pharma

    Location: Philadelphia, PA or New York, NY Metro Areas

    What You Do:

    • Develop and nurture relationships with key agency planners, traders, day-to-day client leads and maintain ongoing communication (entertainment, creative and strategic solutions, problem solving, etc.).
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting agency relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact and understanding their unique business needs.
    • Upsell, renew and support expansion opportunities for assigned client accounts.
    • Develop program proposals (RFPs) and participate in new business sales meetings.
    • Identify and translate opportunities for new and existing clients and recommend appropriate Health Union solutions that align with client needs and KPIs
    • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
    • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Provide strategic support and guidance on campaign results and answer client questions about performance and optimizations.

    Qualifications


    What You Bring:

    • 5 years of work experience; recent and proven experience in media execution/planning and activation required 
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • A working knowledge of health and pharmaceutical marketing is preferred
    • People-centric with outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload effectively
    • Values the importance of teamwork and works effectively as part of a team
    • Must be able to travel for client/agency entertainment, as well as client business needs (client meetings, quarterly business reviews, etc.), 35 % of time (in front of key clients 1x – 2x a week)

     

    Annual base salary for positions at this level and job group is $75,000.00 - 105,000.00 and your base pay will depend on the qualifications, experience, skills and competencies required for this job.
