Team One Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director. As Marketing Director, you will answer directly to Executive Leadership and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Credit Union’s Marketing strategy.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Collaborate with Executive Management to implement strategic initiatives which align with short and long-term objectives of Team One Credit Union.
• Direct all advertising and campaigns and Member promotions to enhance market visibility and attract diverse member base.
• Conduct routine research related to industry trends, key market segmentations, and develop relevant campaigns as a result.
• Collect and analyze relevant internal and external data to provide strategic recommendations to Executive Management.
• Direct, monitor, and report campaign impact and effectiveness to Executive Management.
• Develop marketing and advertising initiatives using various relevant channels and mediums.
• Allocate budgeted resources effectively to maximize the impact of marketing and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate special events as directed by Executive Management, including community events, annual meetings, staff celebrations, etc., to engage members and inspire brand loyalty among stakeholders.
• Develop and coordinate plans to optimize Member satisfaction in conjunction with the Member Experience and Sales teams.
• Develop a strong community involvement plan that includes staff participation with the causes and campaigns that align with our credit union values.
• Ensure that all marketing efforts support our credit union Mission & Vision statements.
• Continue developing, educating, and coaching Marketing employees to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5 years’ proven experience in a similar Marketing role within the financial industry.
• Familiar with MCIF and CRM solutions.
• Proven success in developing growth strategies related to accounts and product utilization.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans and execute them successfully.
• Knowledge of economic and financial market activities and the impact on the credit union’s growth.
• Proven experience in project and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office 365 and related software.
