JOB SUMMARY The Director of Student Success, Baskin Engineering (BE) leads and manages student success programming within the Jack Baskin School of Engineering to promote undergraduate academic, extracurricular, research and career success. Under the direction of the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Experience, and working in close collaboration with the Associate Dean of Diversity Equity and Inclusion, and senior staff, the Director of Student Success BE oversees Baskin Engineering's Student Success programs. The director identifies and integrates existing initiatives, identifies new opportunities, develops strong collaborations and partnerships with other programs on campus, supervises program staff and oversees administrative budgets and other operational functions. The director plays a central role in supporting or leading grant proposal development to fund new and existing programs, and develops and implements strategies to reduce equity gaps, improve student retention and time to degree completion.
