Warehouse Administrator

Essential Functions

1. Perform daily shift inspection of Forklift

2. Check material to see what came and needs to be put away

3. Inspect as required and move to designated area

4. Load/unload incoming/outgoing material

5. Enter materials into computer system

6. Material certifications/ storage assistance

7. Job duties are subject to change

Required Education/Experience

Competencies

· High school diploma necessary and degree in a related field preferred

· Ability to use computer and Microsoft programs at an advanced level

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and speaking skills

· Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills

· Should demonstrate leadership in working as a team member, with/among team members

· Strong ethical standards

· Strong organizational skills

· Detail-oriented

· Ability to manage multiple projects

· Strong project management skills

General Information

· General Production hours – M – F 8 hours per day

· A continuous learning attitude on production and company related areas is encouraged

Physical Qualifications

· Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs.

· Must be able to sit, stand, bend, stoop, climb and walk for extended periods of time

· Must be able to work in all types of temperatures and in a manufacturing environment
