Additionally, Student Union Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Student Union Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.       • Develop strategies to enhance team productivity and individual performance.
    • Member Service

    Required Education

    • Associate’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or similar field required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

    • Leadership experience with a focus on hiring, coaching, and performance management.
