Subrogation Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the department which processes subrogation claims according to established standards and schedules. Oversees the evaluation of subrogation claims and recovery of overpayments for duplicate coverage, workers' compensation, and no-fault claims. Being a Subrogation Manager develops and maintains efficient other party liability and coordination of benefits systems. May be responsible for hiring, training, and firing staff. Additionally, Subrogation Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Subrogation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Your Title : Auto Subrogation Specialist / Total Loss Adjuster

Your hours : Monday Friday 8 hours / day
You Report To : Assistant Vice President of Claims
Subrogation Adjusters are responsible for the negotiation and recovery of third-party property-casualty claims. You will directly negotiate with insurance carriers, contractors, plaintiff and defense attorneys, uninsureds, and municipalities.
Handling claims is complex and requires a strong understanding of liability and recovery practices. You will also assist our total loss department.
