Responsibilitiesof therole :

• Workingin teams on reactive and planned maintenancejobs
• Cladding Commercial Traditional &Industrial Roofing maintenance
• Gutteringrepairs / replacement
• Must be flexible withworking hours working away early starts late finishes and someweekends as and when required.
• Availability tobe on call on a rota basis
• Willingness to learnnew skills
• Good communication and customerservice skills
• Pride in workmanship andaccountability
• Utilising portable devices toundertake dynamic risk assessments on site and preparing reports oncompletedworks.

Requirements required :

• IPAF(1b 3a eb)
• CSCS labourer or skilledworker
• PASMA
• DrivingLicence
• Firstaid
• SSSTS
• NVQ (Slating& Tiling / Sheeting &Cladding)

EssentialSkill

Prior experiencein external reactive building maintenance identifying leaks& rectification (pitched roofing guttering slating concretetiling flat roofing & commercial sheetedroofs)
