We are looking for somebody to head up our subrogation department.
Schedule is Monday through Friday, eight hours a day; actual schedule is flexible within normal business hours.

Job Description:

• Determine if health coverage information is available for client cases
• Update the client's file appropriately with the health coverage information that has been determined
• Determine which subrogation vendor to send a letter of representation to based off of the client's health plan
• Prepare and send Letter of Representation and HIPPA compliant releases to the appropriate subrogation vendors
• Consistent follow to ensure the letters of representations are received
• Consistent follow up to ensure the subrogation files are in process of completion
• Update client's file appropiately with information received from subrogation vendor's acknowledgement letters
• Triage complications that may arise if previous subrogation vendor determines they are not assigned to the client's specific health plan
• Provide all information to subrogation vendors upon request
• Collaborate and follow up with the inter office personal

- Monthly Bonuses after aprx 120 days . Our monthly bonuses over the past six months have ranged from approximately $300 to approximately more than $1000.

- Base pay starts at $17-22/hour (with bonuses can range from $19.87 to $26.25), possible raise after 90 days and annual raises to follow; annual raises are based on individuals’ progress over the course of the year, not strictly length of tenure.
