• Maintain IATF 16949 and ISO9001 certifications.
• Responsible for Internal, external, and customer audits
• Responsible for product and process audit list and assist with all product and process audits.
• Assists in creating, maintaining, and revising SOPs and other documents.
• Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provides training regarding Quality to new hires.
• Provides product application and specification instruction for users.
• Ensures team members comply with generally accepted industry best practices and standards from upstream sources.
• Participates in product application planning meetings.
• Responsible for supplier reporting and monthly metrics.
• Supports all CQC, ICN, X, Y and Z defect investigations and CPAR’s.
• Performs site reviews, walkthroughs, and inspections.
• Responsible for completing NAPSS for all Z defects.
• Supports all external and internal investigations.
• Assists with activities for Change Management.
• Manages all external Supplier Defect/Containment

This job requires a minimum of a Technical Diploma or Associate’s Degree in a related field OR 4 to 6 years of position related experience; preferably 6 to 8 years of position-related experience.
