Additionally, Subrogation Specialist, Sr. develops cases resulting from beneficiary or provider-initiated inquiries, internal referrals, personal research, or computer-generated reports. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Subrogation Specialist, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Implement strategies to reduce waste and optimize inventory turnover.Prepare regular cost reports for F& B, Banquets, and Catering, providing detailed insights into cost trends, variances, and recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with culinary and sales teams to assess the profitability of menu items and catering packages.Investigate and report on variances between actual and expected costs, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.Evaluate vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of products and services.Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls in F& B cost management.Assist in the month-end closing process, including reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and producing accurate financial statements.
