WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree and five teen (15) years of exposure in Pharmaceutical or medical Device industry.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Project Management skills.
• Experience in:
  • OHSA 30 hours certification, General or Construction Industry
  • Environmental procedures and program updated.
  • Industrial Hygiene
  • Arrange Permissions

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Develop and establish oversight of contractors to ensure compliance to company/project safety policies.
• Provide Safety orientation to new workers.
• Oversee the welfare and safety of all assigned employees (Lead safety from the top down).
• Perform daily activity planning evaluations.
• Chair weekly safety committee meetings.
• Provide recognition to workers for good safety practices and encourages feedback.
• Maintain OSHA and safety metrics.
• Lead Incident review investigations and meetings.
• Ensure contractors daily equipment inspections are taking place.
• Oversee electrical and fire equipment checks.
• Review and approve submitted contractor safety plans. - 30 hrs. OSHA Construction Safety Trained certification.
