Subrogation Supervisor supervises the activities of the department which processes subrogation claims, such as duplicate coverage, workers' compensation, and no-fault claims according to established standards and schedules. Develops and maintains efficient other party liability and coordination of benefits systems. Being a Subrogation Supervisor may be responsible for hiring, training, and firing staff. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Subrogation Supervisor typically reports to the head of a unit/department. The Subrogation Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Pay rate: $18-$19 per hour
Days & Times: Monday to Friday (and every other weekend)
Hours may start as early as 7 am and may work as late as 11 pm; can vary from day to day basis
- hours will be discussed during the interview.
Criminal History check, drug screen, and e-Verify required
Valid driver's license required. Motor Vehicle Report required
Responsibilities:
- Review assignments with Area Manager and maintain contact with Support team.
- Perform site inspections.
- Maintain and establish lines of communication with customers.
- Assist with scheduling cleaning teams.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year (we'd love more!) of supervisory experience
- At least 1 year (we'd love more!) of janitorial experience
- Must maintain a clear driving record.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
- Ability to pass background check, MVR, drug screen, and e-Verify.
