Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) directs the clinical, managerial, and administrative aspects of substance abuse programs. Measures and evaluates the effectiveness and quality of drug/alcohol rehabilitation treatment procedures to achieve standards and objectives. Being a Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) partners with community agencies and programs to ensure continuity in the type and level of patient care. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local standards and requirements. Additionally, Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is currently accepting resumes for a  Licensed Behavioral Health Professional  in our Guymon office to  provide professional behavioral health services! This includes assessments and psychotherapy, to support recovery and wellness with a designated population. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to address the physical and behavioral needs of individuals in services. Performs duties primarily in an outpatient setting, may include minimal duties related to mental health crisis services.  

    Job Type/Salary:

    • Full Time
    • Base Salary:$70,000 (Salary  based on experience, tenure and certification)
      • Under Supervision $65,000 Base Salary
    • 5% Longevity Incentive at 1 Year and 3 Year DMHSAS service! Salaries up to $75,000 !
    • Total Compensation up to $100,000  includes base salary, retirement, State paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections and longevity incentives! (based on the number of covered dependents - includes longevity payments
    • Holiday Differentials $3.00 per hour
    • FLSA Status: Exempt

    Qualifications: 

    • LBHP - Completion of curriculum requirements for a master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and

      Must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (examples include: Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH)

    • LCBHP - Completion of curriculum requirements for a master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and Must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board’s supervision requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

      NOTE: Board approved supervision will begin no later than 30 days of start date.

    Special Requirements:
