Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) directs the clinical, managerial, and administrative aspects of substance abuse programs. Measures and evaluates the effectiveness and quality of drug/alcohol rehabilitation treatment procedures to achieve standards and objectives. Being a Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) partners with community agencies and programs to ensure continuity in the type and level of patient care. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local standards and requirements. Additionally, Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.     Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree preferred), CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor), or LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) certification.     Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for individuals with substance use challenges.
    • Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs, goals, and diagnoses.
    • Utilize evidence-based counseling techniques to address clients' unique needs.
    • Lead specialty groups, if applicable, meeting all regulatory standards and certification requirements.
    • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated care.
    • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree required (Master's degree preferred).
    • CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) or LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) required.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling or related field.
    • Appropriate certifications to lead specialty groups, meeting all regulatory standards.
