Position Overview: As a Behavioral Health Tech you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' recovery journeys. You will assist in client orientation to the facility and program, serving as a primary point of contact during residency. Your responsibilities will include providing emotional support and assistance to clients in crisis under the direction of our experienced clinical team. Additionally, you will participate in transporting and supervising clients, monitoring their attendance and participation in activities, and assisting with medication administration. Your involvement in activities and therapies, as needed and appropriate, will contribute to the overall well-being of our clients. You will also be an integral part of our performance improvement processes.
