Mental Health Provider Duties/Responsibilities:
Encouraged to Apply: Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, or similar professionals
Education: Masters Degree (Required) License/Certificate (Preferred)
Salary: From $55k/annually (Based on employee licensure and previous experiences)
Location: White, Benton, Pulaski, Starke, Jasper County. Minimal travel included.
Hours: Full-time/Day shift M-F; weekends as needed!
