Duties:
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff on assigned shift
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and manage patient care activities to ensure adherence to standards of care and safety protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist with medical procedures, including but not limited to medical imaging, ventilator management, and ophthalmology procedures
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop appropriate care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Provide acute pain management interventions as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
Requirements:
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license in [state]
