Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) directs the clinical, managerial, and administrative aspects of substance abuse programs. Measures and evaluates the effectiveness and quality of drug/alcohol rehabilitation treatment procedures to achieve standards and objectives. Being a Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) partners with community agencies and programs to ensure continuity in the type and level of patient care. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local standards and requirements.     Duties:
    - Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff on assigned shift
    - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
    - Monitor and manage patient care activities to ensure adherence to standards of care and safety protocols
    - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
    - Assist with medical procedures, including but not limited to medical imaging, ventilator management, and ophthalmology procedures
    - Perform diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop appropriate care plans
    - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
    - Provide acute pain management interventions as needed
    - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies

    Requirements:
    - Valid registered nurse (RN) license in [state]
    - Minimum of [number] years of experience in acute care setting
    - Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and best practices
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
