Position Summary: The Director of Respiratory Therapy reports to the COO and manages all aspects and areas of the Respiratory Therapy Department. This is a "Working Manager" position that is SAFETY SENSITIVE. Office hours may be modified depending upon workload and staffing.
Position Accountabilities:
Education/Experience:
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Registered Respiratory Therapist, Arkansas Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the the field required with previous leadership preferred.
