Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) directs the clinical, managerial, and administrative aspects of substance abuse programs. Measures and evaluates the effectiveness and quality of drug/alcohol rehabilitation treatment procedures to achieve standards and objectives. Being a Substance Abuse Center Director (Hosp. Op.) partners with community agencies and programs to ensure continuity in the type and level of patient care. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local standards and requirements. COUNSELOR - RESIDENTIAL
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Work across residential programs, providing individual and group counseling. Complete paperwork in accordance with regulations. Maintain quality clinical records utilizing agency electronic health record. Develop and assess treatment plans and progress towards measurable goals. Work closely with clients to engage them in decision-making processes regarding their treatment and recovery
MINIMUM QULAIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling with CASAC preferred. 1-3 years counselling experience. Applicant must be free of active addiction.
Valid NYS driver’s license and method of transportation required. Must be addiction free, including tobacco. Pre-employment background check/post offer drug screening required. CARF and NHSC accredited. EOE
