As an essential member of our Supply Chain Systems team, the Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our replenishment and forecasting systems. Beyond daily maintenance, this role is instrumental in driving forward-thinking enhancements and innovative implementations to continually optimize system performance and functionality. By collaborating closely with SiteOne IT and Supply Chain stakeholders, the Systems Analyst contributes to the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) solutions, both standardized and customized. This dynamic position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and a keen eye for identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in database structure with advanced knowledge.
• Proficient with Blue Yonder, more specifically experience with Fulfillment, Order Optimization and Demand Planning domains
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle SQL Developer, including familiarity with coding procedures.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and/or MS Access
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with IT and business teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required in MIS, Computer Science, IT, Business, or Supply Chain.
•  Minimum of 4 years of experience working with supply chain systems in retail, wholesale, or manufacturing domain.   
• Consulting background is a plus.
