Supply Chain Analyst monitors and expedites the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. Coordinates with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain. Being a Supply Chain Analyst identifies bottlenecks or problem areas and escalates or proposes solutions. Works with suppliers to resolve issues. Additionally, Supply Chain Analyst may assist in the negotiation of contracts or service arrangements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Supply Chain Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. As our Director of Supply Chain you will oversee Supply Chain Management. This position will manage the direction, development, and execution of customer supply chain management and be responsible for developing short- and long-term strategies to support sales growth and profitability across Lundberg Family Farms’ (LFF) supply chain network. You will provide supply chain leadership and direction on a cross-functional basis working with the Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Supply Chain Operations. The role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and a highly developed set of general management, analytic, and project management skills that translate into measurable results.
