Supply Chain Analyst monitors and expedites the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. Coordinates with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain. Being a Supply Chain Analyst identifies bottlenecks or problem areas and escalates or proposes solutions. Works with suppliers to resolve issues. Additionally, Supply Chain Analyst may assist in the negotiation of contracts or service arrangements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Procurement Analyst
Centralized Supply Chain Services, LLC (CSCS®) is the exclusive purchasing agent for the Applebee’s and IHOP systems.
Formed as a purchasing cooperative to leverage the combined buying power of both systems, CSCS currently manages approximately $2 billion in spend on behalf of its Member operators.
CSCS’s primary mission is two-fold. First, to assure that Member operators receive the benefit of continuously available goods and distribution services in adequate quantities at the lowest sustainable delivered prices; and second, to coordinate with Applebee’s and IHOP in their ongoing efforts to develop new and innovative products and programs to promote their respective concepts.

Essential Duties:
· Utilize available tools to generate volume, spend and item reports
· Provide packaging inventory management support
· Facilitate investigation of freight issues and requests from suppliers and distribution centers. Work with Logistics team on resolution.
· Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies between suppliers and distribution centers
· Update and maintain data in inventory reporting tool
· Coordinate sample requests between suppliers and Dine Brands
· Gather new item information from suppliers in preparation for testing
· Maintain accurate product/supplier data in all tools by working with supplier and internal teams. Work with internal teams on new supplier set-up, freight lanes, and product standardization.
Assist Category Managers with projects inclusive of reporting, presentations, pricing validation, etc.
