Additionally, Supply Chain Analyst may assist in the negotiation of contracts or service arrangements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Supply Chain Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Direct Materials, the Principal Commodity Manager - Direct Materials Sourcing is a critical team member responsible for leading our global strategy in one or more of the following commodities including Silicon, Epitaxy, Chemicals, Gases, Metals and Photomasks used in manufacturing Integrated Circuits (ICs). These commodities reach across hundreds of suppliers and account for over $200 Million in annual spend. Beyond the roles & responsibilities mentioned below, the Principal Commodity Manager leads and drives standardization, identifies, improves, and implements tools, policies & procedures, while supporting sizeable acquisitions and respective integrations.
