Supply Chain Analyst jobs in Pueblo, CO

Supply Chain Analyst monitors and expedites the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. Coordinates with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain. Being a Supply Chain Analyst identifies bottlenecks or problem areas and escalates or proposes solutions. Works with suppliers to resolve issues. Additionally, Supply Chain Analyst may assist in the negotiation of contracts or service arrangements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Supply Chain Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Pay: $25.80 - $38.70 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

    Summary:
    Supervises daily staff activities for the department or an assigned area or function.

    Responsibilities:
    • Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
    • Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
    • Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.
    • Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
    • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

    Requirements:
    • High School diploma or GED.
    • 3 years of supply chain management experience.
