POSITION OBJECTIVE
The director will oversee services and be the single point of responsibility for student success outcomes for students in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Business Analytics & Intelligence (BA&I) Programs. The Weatherhead School of Management defines student success as thriving across a) academic (measured by GPA and graduation rates); b) student life (measured by student survey outcomes); c) career outcomes dimensions (measured by starting compensation and placement rate at graduation). The school expects that director will own the responsibility for achieving the student life and career goals by collaborating with professionals throughout the school; and support the programs' faculty director who will own the primary responsibility for academic outcomes. Specifically, the director shall: raise internship and career placement goals to meet those of comparable to top ranked programs; design and implement "best-in-class" customer experience from point of entry and throughout the professional journey resulting in lifelong supporters of the school; execute this strategy in a repeatable and systematic manner and effectively leverage resources across the enterprise.

Supervise the Business Analytics and Intelligence & Supply Chain student success manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 5 to 7 years of professional experience, preferably in related business function. Corporate and Higher Education experience desired.
Education: MBA or Master's degree in related field.
