Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee our out-of-warehouse turning and repacking operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our turning processes, coordinating resources effectively, and organizing repacking operations to meet customer supply plans. Additionally, they will implement and uphold our company's quality management system and customer quality requirements, ensuring adherence to standards and minimizing quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operation of out-of-warehouse turning and repacking operations to achieve customer supply plans.
• Implement the company's quality management system and customer quality requirements, conducting quality activities and strengthening quality management during repacking processes to prevent quality issues.
• Supervise and manage suppliers, assisting them in improving capabilities and evaluating their performance.
• Manage on-site 5S and safety to ensure a stable and orderly operational environment.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and equipment AM inspections to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze operational data and submit management reports, addressing any abnormal issues promptly.
• Conduct operator training and skill management, ensuring adherence to operational documents and standards.

Requirements:

• Education/Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or Business Management.
• Knowledge: Proficiency in on-site safety management, lean improvement, 5S management, cost management, and quality improvement techniques.
• Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong planning and organization abilities, proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with SAP or similar production resource systems, and adept at data analysis and reporting.
• Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in automotive, electronics, electrical automation industries, or intra-enterprise logistics management.
• Language: Proficiency in English.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
