The Job at a Glance
The New Jersey based Territory Sales manager is responsible for presenting our products and services to existing customers and potential clients, identifying unique consumer characteristics, and recommending ways to promote and sell our products. The Territory includes NJ, DE, MD, CT, Eastern PA and the NY Metro area. To be a fit for this role, you should work well independently, have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and determined to meet our sales target. The candidate should consider themselves a road warrior because there is extensive daily travel by automobile. The position has an excellent base salary & benefits, monthly paid commissions with no cap, an auto allowance and expenses.
A Typical Day

Consists of scheduling making a minimum of 7 in person customers / prospects visits per day

Identify and develop new account opportunities via account research, calling prospective clients and follow-up on existing

Build strong relationships with accounts

Implement value added services to ensure long term success
To Land This Opportunity

You have 3 to 5 years, minimum work experience as an outside Sales Representative or similar role.

You consider yourself a road warrior

You are highly independent and require minimum supervision

You have great communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)

You enjoy traveling

You are resilient with a solid and proven track record in achieving sales targets
