TSP is looking for a talented individual to lead commercial supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support external manufacturing operations by management and directing packaging and labeling compliance, process excellence, labeling business reviews and industry benchmarking.
• Conduct inventory tracking, demand and S&OP planning, supply planning, material requirements planning, master production scheduling, performance measurement reporting, escalation and troubleshooting, and supply agreement negotiations.
• Participate in value stream mapping, market research, cost evaluations, and gathering logistics information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred disciplines include Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or Business Management; MBA preferred
• 5 years experience in branded, pharma commercial operations; small molecule product launch preferred
• Experience with Packaging/Labeling/Serialization to both HAD (Healthcare Distributors Alliance) & DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) standards
• Global packaging and labeling experience
• Demonstrated experience planning and implementing new labeling for new medical or additional indication

The expected annual base salary for this position is $115,000 to $150,000.
