Job Summary:
As a Supply Chain Manager at Kaseya, you will direct business decisions that optimize Unitrends cost of goods sold by converting business requirements into actionable cost effective strategies and tactics. One day you might be leading a cost optimization effort on hardware appliances, the next day working through how best to respond to new regulatory requirements effecting European shipments.

Job Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Manager reports to the Director of Manufacturing and Platform Engineering and will work very closely with senior leadership in Sales, Support, Finance, and Order Management. In addition, the Supply Chain Manager will be accountable for the daily management activities associated with to our contract manufacturers. Examples of responsibilities include:
- Contract Manufacturer Performance
- Product forecast fulfillment
- Product Shipment within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Finished goods inventory tracking and optimization
- Warranty cost management and Product Field Quality
- Product discontinuation and liquidation
- Leading Projects for New Product Introduction
Education & Experience
- 3-5 years supply chain experience in technology related business
- Experience managing contract manufacturing or subcontracted business
- Experience converting strategic direction to executable operation plans
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business negotiation skills
- Strong cross functional teaming skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Metrics driven (understands the difference between data and information)
- Project Management experience leading small to medium sized cross functional teams
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
- Bachelor degree in Business or Technology or equivalent practical experience
- Moderate hardware technical knowledge
