JOB TITLE: Customer Center Representative.
SUMMARY:
We are currently looking for an experienced Contact Center Representative based in Monroe, Ohio to join our growing company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond and answer communication from consumers with the objective of:
- Creating new orders.
- Providing order information.
- Providing product information and answering questions.
- Creating RMA’s.
- Conducting proactive & timely consumer follow-up.
- Act as the voice of the product to the consumer and the voice of the customer to the company.
- Identify how products meet the consumers needs and create value for the consumer.
- Ensure clear and coherent product messages across all marketing platforms.
- Make consumers are aware of resources available for learning about products.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding status and details of orders.
- Capable of resolving customer issues through various communication channels; phone, email, chat.
- Be a goodwill ambassador for the company and our customer with courteous treatment of all consumers.
- Provide email support to customers and build email template library.
- Demonstrate respect for the company’s values.
- Maintain and uphold all policies & procedures.
- Assumes additional related responsibilities as required.
- Research, identify and thoroughly understand high value customer targets.
- Promote a clean, save, and positive work environment.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) an asset.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Two-year College or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years general office experience, including telephone techniques and computer skills, in a customer service environment is required.
