Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Data Analyst will take ownership of the master data and the order management process for all brands within the Vivet organization. To do this, the analyst will have to collaborate with Product Development, IT, and Supply Chain to obtain accurate master data to support SAP item setup plus ongoing maintenance. This role will take the lead with the order management process by being the liaison between Customer Service, Supply Chain, and the Factory to provide accurate product availability delivery dates. The analyst will manage a weekly purchase order and stock transfer aging tracking cycle to ensure PO & STO dates are accurate to improve customer satisfaction. In addition to the weekly order management cycle and weekly master data updates, the analyst will lead the master data requirements for 2 seasonal Markets yearly. The Market season is the rollout of new product launches. The Supply Chain Data Analyst will be measured on two KPI’s, data integrity and aging PO/STO count thresholds. This individual is responsible for driving process improvements into the PD master data handoffs to increase efficiency. Streamlining the flow of information will provide opportunities to support the Supply Chain team objectives.
