Job Description
Responsible for managing the supply and demand plans for US to EMEA and EMEA to US supply chains. This role will ensure the execution of orders for multi-directional intercompany support by working with the Demand Planning team to ensure forecasts are correct, working with the Supply Planning and Operations teams to ensure that the schedule, all the way through to shipment, supports a high On-Time Delivery (OTD) and In-Full (OTIF) metric. The successful candidate will also be the primary point of contact and escalation for multi-directional back orders and backlog. The International Supply Chain Manager will coordinate with local plants, planners, their counterparts in EMEA and the broader supply chain team to resolve critical late and back ordered items.Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential)
