Supply Chain Manager manages the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. Implements a strategy to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. Being a Supply Chain Manager leads coordination activities with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain. Resolves bottlenecks or problem areas in the supply chain. Additionally, Supply Chain Manager monitors suppliers and service providers for quality and performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Supply Chain Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Supply Chain Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Description:

    In your role as a Supplier Performance Manager, you will proactively identify and solve potential issues by working closely with our technical departments and customers, and actively manage an extensive supplier base.

    Your main responsibilities are:

    • Drive Operational Excellence and Performance of suppliers along with their n-tier suppliers including capacity analysis, delivery performance and escalation management.
    • Contribute to ASML sourcing strategy and work with ASML stakeholders to shape our future supply chain.
    • Optimize manufacturing processes at suppliers.
    • Representing Logistics as member of Supplier Account Team.
    • Lead a cross sectorial team for several projects.

    Education and experience

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
    • Experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
