As the Support Services Coordinator to the PHPN President, you will be responsible for the efficient organization of the Administrative Office, as well as providing the principle secretarial support reporting directly to PHPN President. Acts as liaison between PHPN's President, VP, Members of Senior Management, and the Department leaders reporting to the President. Prepares in a timely and accurate manner data for the PHPN network boards and committees and distribution of such material.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or similar discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in the administrative secretarial field preferred
• Demonstrated proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (including powerpoint) required
• Ability to deal effectively with multiple assignments and priorities and/or constituencies required
• Requires tact, diplomacy and excellent communication skills with customers and others; i.e. Attorneys, Physicians, Managed Care Companies, Hospital Insurance Broker, etc.
• Ability to operate office equipment required
• Kronos Time and Attendance Editing preferred
