Director of Emergency Services Needed!

We are seeking a Director of Emergency Services to join our Hospital's talented Leadership team in Myrtle Beach, SC. The 400 bed Hospital is known for having a great culture amongst staff and true team-oriented environment in the ED. The Director will oversee about 120 FTE's and will report to the CNO.

• $95K - $153K depending on experience
• 15%-22.5% Bonus Incentives
• $10K Sign-on Bonus and up to $10K Relocation assistance available

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Services RN experience REQUIRED
• Prior ED Leadership experience Required
• Active SC - RN License (or willing to obtain if relocating)
• BSN required, MSN preferred
• ACLS
• BLS
