Director of RPO Services
As a Director of RPO Services for Hueman People Solutions, you are responsible for the success, growth and maintenance of our existing partnerships. In this role, you work closely with Recruitment Managers, Partnership Managers, Team Leaders and Recruiters to ensure that operations are efficient and effective.
The Director of RPO Services is responsible for growing relationships with the partner’s operational senior leadership as well as developing your internal teammates. You will be responsible for creating goals for partners and staff and ensuring those goals are met. You will also continuously analyze the partnership and develop and own the marketing strategy for that partnership.
The right individual for this role must meet the requirements below and be able to be effective in a Director-level function immediately.
Director of RPO Services Job Responsibilities:- Owner of partnership success and delivery
- Maintain and communicate a clear set of goals & expectations with partners through a consistent communication rhythm
- Ex: What success looks like, SLAs, Goals
- Create & maintain a clear set of goals and expectations with partnership managers
- Conduct weekly strategy meetings with partnership managers and recruiters (as necessary)
- Complete Recruiter & Account Scorecards when necessary
- Consistently analyze the partnership
- Review & aggregate Good / Bad reports from partnership managers & recruiters weekly
- Review account score cards weekly
- Challenge managers on current process
- Continue to look for innovation and process improvement opportunities
- Build quarterly partnership reviews
- Own marketing strategy
- Maintain Internal feedback loop (communication to the delivery team)
- Guide teammates in performance acceleration conversations on a regular basis
- Provide HR documentation related to performance acceleration bi-annually
- May require occasional travel to client sites, conferences, and other recruiting events
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- RPO Healthcare experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience required, leading a minimum of 5 direct reports (can be at Hueman or elsewhere; must have had direct reports to be considered)
- Experience managing an account-level marketing budget required
- Strong technical and computer skills
- Desire and ability to adhere to Hueman’s core values and high standard of customer service every day
- Experience managing time between competing priorities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills and great attitude that is contagious and “can do”
- Willingness to learn with an open mind
