Support Services Director - Healthcare oversees the health care facility's support services departments. Areas supervised may include laundry, housekeeping, food services, safety, facilities, and maintenance. Develops, implements, and administers the effective, efficient, and safe operation of nonclinical support activities. Additionally, Support Services Director - Healthcare may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Support Services Director - Healthcare typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Daily Responsibilities for Director of Nursing / RN:- Provide oversight and leadership for community residents and staff
- Lead nursing department through coaching, hiring, and training staff
- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm schedule
- Must Possess Michigan RN License
- Must Possess CPR Certification
- 2 Years of Nursing Leadership Experience
- 2 years of Experience In Long term Care
