As a Social Services Director you will prepare our residents for their future. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at The Grove at The Lake by ensuring our residents social and emotional needs are met during their stay, coordinating resident discharges and participating in resident care conferences. To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
As a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in Social Work or similar field and two (2) years of experience in a Social Worker role preferably in a healthcare setting. Prior Social Services Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Graduate degree in Social work or similar field and five (5) years of related experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
