A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DIRECTOR OF OUTPATIENT SERVICES

• Provides and/or coordinates the administrative and clinical supervision of Outpatient Therapists for Mental Health and Substance use treatment programs.
• Serves as a resource to the Quality an Compliance department as well as monitor the quality of indicators for the department.
• Actively participate in budgeting, program growth strategies and evaluation.
• Actively engage in establishing clinical department goals, objectives, and activities and monitors progress towards goals; consults with community and state agencies regarding program goals and service delivery; assures that all clinical staff are operating in accordance with Agency policies and procedures.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A DIRECTOR OF OUTPATIENT SERVICES

This position works a Monday - Friday day shift.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DIRECTOR OF OUTPATIENT SERVICES

• Ohio licensure (LPCC, LISW) required.
• Must be an independently licensed practitioner.
• Scope of practice must include mental health and drug and alcohol counseling.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical and administration experience required.
