Surface Mount Tech Machine Operator is responsible for both automated and manual surface mount manufacturing. Responsible for set-up, operation, and adjustment of SMT equipment. Being a Surface Mount Tech Machine Operator monitors and maintains equipment to meet company standards. May be responsible for quality assurance and documentation. Additionally, Surface Mount Tech Machine Operator requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Surface Mount Tech Machine Operator may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. - Collects tile samples for the lab.
- Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to the supervisor.
- Follows ISO operating procedures and control plan.
- Helps maintain a team environment by cooperating and communicating with the team.
- Ability to maintain a clean workstation, conform to all safety and health requirements and must be able to be at a workstation at shift change.
- Demonstrate safe work practices.
- Performs other related duties as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
