The mission of the surface-mount inspector at RCAL Products is to ensure that all parts produced on the surface-mount line meet customer, IPC, and RCAL requirements and standards through rigorous documentation adherence, acute attention to detail, and rapid process feedback.

Study the assembly Production Aid prior to starting any job
Perform the process verification process to ensure that process setup was performed correctly
Inspect boards during production to ensure process integrity
Engage in training ensure proficiency in the following standards:
Assist line operators in the following operations as time allows
Keep work areas clean and free of clutter
Be a team player
